I do almost ALL my shopping here. Everything from office supplies to household cleaning items, pantry items and even client gifts! This messaging app rocks! Slack allows group and individual convos. You can set up teams and groups, mention folks and even send direct messages. It syncs with Google Drive and Dropbox so you can share files and docs easily. I use this to chat with my team instead of using texts or emails. Everything is searchable, which is also a super cool feature.
If you're like me, you have a hard time remembering all your darn user names and passwords! Have no fear, LastPass is here! Create ONE account and store ALL your usernames and passwords for ALL OF IT in one place. Pretty miraculous, isn't it? Just create a super awesome password for this account and you're good to go.
If you want to easily share documents and files with a team or group of people without the headache of email, DropBox is for you. You can store, sync, and share files securely with a simple link and even download the app to your computer for easy filing and storing. I use this in my Now What Mastermind membership program - that's how we share all our resources!
Brilliant ideas are constantly coming to me, and I user Evernote to store them. Think of Evernote as a virtual notebook. You can create notebooks and notes within those notebooks. You can also store pics, create forms, and share with your team. I have notebooks for clients, inspiration and content ideas. It syncs right away from my cel to my computer and I love that!
Asana is literally a lifesaver. It's my virtual checklist and the best tool for my team and me to keep track of our work. It eliminates so much of the back and forth on email and you can set reminders, recurring tasks, deadlines and even use their planning templates! I wake up every morning to my list of priorities and literally get to check them off. YEY!
