What does she want to be when she grows up?

I got a call this morning that made me cry. A very good friend of mine's daughter had Career Day at school, and the children were invited to dress up as what they'd like to be when they grow up.

Her costume? Scrubs with a lab coat, stethoscope, diaper bag, and baby stroller.

Her dream? To be a working mom.

WOW! What a testament to the way my friend is raising her daughter. She is raising her to KNOW that women truly can have it all!

Kudos to my friend, Nicole, for having the vision to raise a grounded child with such a wonderful vision. To her husband, Justin, for supporting her and showing his daughter the value of a healthy marriage. And to their daughter, Victoria, for knowing she can have it ALL and conquer the world as a strong mom, wife, and career woman!
