Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email us with any specific questions about the event.

Is my purchased ticket transferrable if I cannot attend?

Yes, you can transfer the ticket to someone else.  Here are the steps after you log into your Eventbrite account:

  1. Access the Account Menu, then select "Tickets."

  2. Select your Order - locate your order and click to display the information collected during registration.

  3. Select "Edit" and change the name to someone else. We recommend updating the email address and checking the box to send the new attendee a confirmation email with the ticket/registration information they'll need as well.

  4. Select "Save" to save your changes.

If the name on the registration/ticket does not match the attendee, is that okay?

For security reasons, we are going to ask registrants for ID, so please make sure the name matches the attendee. If it doesn’t, simply follow the rules to transfer your ticket and you can change the name that way.

What should I bring to the event?

You will receive a workbook for your exercises and reflection. Be sure to pack a light sweater or scarf in case you get cold. Also, pack a ton of business cards to exchange with all the awesome women you’ll meet. Meals and snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring any items for yourself as well.

Where can I find directions to the event?

Click here for Driving Directions. You can also enter “Graham Center, Miami, Florida” into your GPS and it will take you to the Graham Center at Florida International University.

Is there a refund policy?

If you attend SPARK with Luly B and are not 100% satisfied with the content and value she gives, you will be refunded 100%. If you cannot attend, your ticket is fully transferrable until December 2, 2021.

Can I buy tickets for a large group?

Limited reserved tables are available for a group of 10. Visit https://sparkwithlulyb2021.eventbrite.com and select VIP Table of 10 to purchase a table and enter the 10 registrants.

Where do I check in and where is the registration table located?

As soon as you park at FIU following our directions and directional signage, you will be greeted with guidance to get to the Graham Center ballrooms where the event will take place. The registration table will be in the foyer of the ballrooms.

What time do we need to arrive?

We highly encourage you to do what you can to arrive promptly at FIU before or at 8:30 a.m. The parking garage is a short walk to the event. Events like SPARK are FOR YOU and it’s important to be in the right state so you can receive all of the awesomeness coming your way.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed; however, service animals are always welcomed.

Will there be disability access and seating?

We are happy to accommodate folks of all abilities. Simply email us and we can coordinate your accommodations directly.

Will the menu consists of Vegan and/or Gluten free items?

Yes, we will have options available! For any requests or questions, please email us.
